The farm, run by Jan and Ina van der Salm, is situated in the
'Green Heart' of Holland's Randstad. A few luxury apartments with patio
have been built where the farm property adjoins the panoramic polder landscape.

3K Farm offers two luxury apartments, which have been built at the rear of the farm complex.
Both apartments look out over the unique polder landscape. Theres a 4 person and a 2 person appartment. Moreover, each apartment is equipped with
" A living room with television;
" A complete, modern kitchen equipped with a combination microwave oven and dishwasher
" Modern bathroom
" Sliding French windows with private patio
Near the entrance is also a washing machine for your use
The 3K Farm is open all year round.

The surrounding area:
Jan and Ina van der Salm's family business is in the middle of the "Green Heart" of South Holland in Leiden a/d Rijn,
around 10km from Schiphol (Amsterdam International Airport), Leiden and Alphen a/d Rijn.
There are many possibilities prevent you from becoming bored;

The farm is on the banks of the Leidse Vaart, where the fishing is good.
The water joins up with the Braasemmermeer and Langeraarse lakes;
You can go sailing, canoeing, surfing and swimming.
For the cycling and walking addicts the region is to be recommended, with its panoramic views and beautiful lakes.
Cycling routes are available from the farm.
Close by you also have places like Alphen-aan-den-Rijn, Leiden and Amsterdam for day trips, markets and shopping.
If you like the sea and the beach, you can go to friendly Noordwijk, Katwijk or Scheveningen.
Small, friendly villages like Langeraar and Leimuiden, with their markets are just a few kilometres away.
You can take a day trip to Avifauna or Archeon in Alphen a/d Rijn.
From March to May inclusive you can visit the Keukenhof gardens in Lisse.
